На Львівщині через отруєння продуктами горіння загинули троє дітей

Про це у Фейсбуці повідомляє департамент з питань цивільного захисту Львівської ОВА.
"7 лютого, близько 21:47 год. в приватному будинку за адресою с. Воля-Висоцька (Жовківська ТГ Львівського району), вул. Горнецька, виявлено тіла трьох дітей, (хлопчики 2020, 2022 та 2024 року народження). Попередня причина смерті – отруєння продуктами горіння внаслідок пожежі ліжка в кімнаті житлового будинку", – йдеться у повідомленні.
Офіс Генерального прокурора повідомив про затримання матері трьох дітей, які загинули внаслідок отруєння продуктами горіння. Жінка залишила дітей у будинку без нагляду.
"Жовківською окружною прокуратурою вирішується питання щодо повідомлення їй про підозру за фактом злісного невиконання обов’язків по догляду за дитиною або за особою, щодо якої встановлена опіка чи піклування (ст. 166 КК України)", – йдеться у повідомленні.
За даними слідства, учора приблизно о 7:30 ранку 31-річна жінка пішла з будинку, залишивши своїх синів віком 2, 4 та 6 років зачиненими без нагляду. Повернувшись близько 21:30, вона виявила дітей без свідомості, а у кімнаті – сліди займання. Медики, які прибули на виклик, констатували смерть.

Матір затримано у порядку ст. 208 КПК України. Тривають слідчі дії, встановлюються всі обставини події, зокрема причина займання.
У поліції Львівської області зазначили, що матері, яка залишила дітей без нагляду на весь день, загрожує покарання – до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
У ДСНС України повідомили, що, за попередніми даними, у кімнаті загорілося ліжко від дитячих пустощів з сірниками. Діти отримали опіки та отруїлися димом. Підрозділи ДСНС на місце не викликалися. Причину та обставини події з'ясовують правоохоронці.
Як повідомляв Укрінформ, на Хрещатику ліквідували пожежу в готелі.
